HOW TO ORDER
ONLINE ORDERING
Register to place your order or place it as a guest without registering, we will only ask you for the necessary information for shipping.
Once registered, you will immediately receive an email from DECHAVARRI with your username and password to access our system every time you want to make your purchases. Keep your username and password in a safe place.
Choose the products you are interested in, and the system will add them to your shopping cart. Click “Show cart” to complete the shopping process.
The system will ask you for the necessary information: shipping and delivery address, payment method selection, invoicing information, etc. Complete all the required data and accept the terms of service. Finally, you will be asked to confirm your order.
You can modify or cancel your order at any time during the purchase process before confirmation.
Once the process is complete, you will receive an email with the details of your purchase.
You will be able to track your order at any time by logging into our system using your username and password and checking its “status” (pending, shipped, delivered).
Don’t forget to read our terms and conditions (delivery, shipping rates, returns, privacy policy etc…) before placing your order.

International orders
For international orders please contact us and we will inform you of the shipping conditions.
Delivery times may be affected by restrictions or changes in air traffic.
During special sales periods, such as Christmas, delivery times may be increased.
PAYMENT METHODS
Payment of the price of the goods purchased and the delivery charges, which will appear on the screen, may be made by the following methods of payment:
Credit and debit card
As an electronic payment system, MODAESPINA is attached to the BANCO SABADELL e-commerce gateway. All data provided for this purpose are encrypted to ensure maximum security.
Bank transfer or deposit in account

In the concept you must state your order number and Username. Once the transfer has been made, the User must send a copy of the transfer receipt to the EMAIL: info@dechavarri.es
Cash on delivery

Once your order has been delivered, we will confirm it by SMS or E-mail.
RETURNS
The buyer has the possibility to return his order if he is not satisfied.
In the case of returning the product, it must be in perfect condition, labelling and packaging. Please note that the returned items must be suitable for sale. The cost of returning the goods shall be borne by the purchaser.
In case of product defect or error on the part of Dechavarri, the return costs will be paid by Dechavarri.
The return period is 15 working days from the delivery of the product. No returns will be accepted outside the stipulated period.
Once the returned product has been received, the amount paid will be reimbursed using the same payment method used to make the purchase.
Claims for transport damage may be made to the transport agency itself within 24 hours of receipt of the shipment.
DECHAVARRI has contracted insurance with the transport agency for each shipment.
